this summer I decide
to training hard for lose few
kilos weight
and prepare my fitness for
the winter
every weeks I run 5 days
8 km trail in Nagano
at the first week was so hard
and my feet really got hurts
but after talk with
specialized personal trainer
I changed how I running and
how I step when I walk and run.
that made me to fell so much better.
